Services described

Content on this site describes occupancy pattern studies, audits, briefings, portfolio reporting, and chart packs. Descriptions are informational. A separate written scope or quotation forms the contract for paid work.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Service Springhub. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the quotation. You may not republish our site materials as your own.

Accuracy & reliance

Reports reflect agreed sample windows and definitions. They are professional opinions based on available evidence, not guarantees of future occupancy, rental performance, or regulatory compliance.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Service Springhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on reports beyond the scope of the engagement. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details when requesting a quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
