What we collect

Enquiry forms may collect your name, email, selected study interest, building or estate name, and message content. During engagements we may process contact details of facilities, security, and landlord representatives you introduce to us, plus building operational data needed for reporting.

Purpose & legal basis

We use enquiry data to respond to quote requests and schedule work. We use engagement data to deliver studies and invoices. Processing is based on steps prior to contract, contract performance, and our legitimate interest in operating a reporting practice in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Contract, invoice, and report archives are retained for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting providers, email operators, and professional advisers bound to confidentiality, or when required by law.

International transfers

If tools that process data operate outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance expectations.
