About

Reporting rooted in how Hong Kong buildings actually run

Service Springhub grew from facilities walkthroughs where owners asked for clearer occupancy evidence—not another dashboard login. We stay a reporting practice.

Origin

Estate managers around Kowloon and Hong Kong Island kept receiving conflicting stories about “busy” lobbies and “empty” floors. We began documenting peaks, troughs, and zone names the way security and FM already spoke about them. That habit became our practice: Service Springhub.

How we work with clients

We prefer short scope calls, named contacts on site, and deliverables that survive a printed board pack. When data sources differ across a portfolio, we align definitions before drawing comparisons. We decline work that requires selling hardware or hosting a product for you.

Values that show up on site

  • Honest sampling—including what we leave out of averages
  • Language that matches your zone names and attendant posts
  • Charts supervisors can carry on a walkthrough
  • Clear boundaries between observation, interpretation, and advice
