Share floor plans, lift traffic notes if available, and access introductions to security or FM staff
Constraints
Studies need a stable observation period; major renovations or one-off events should be flagged so we can exclude atypical days
Fees
Priced by number of floors and zones; quoted after the scope call. Starting reference: HK$28,000.
